Linkegreen® is a platform that enables a quick match between investor and developer for photovoltaic, wind, agri-voltaic and storage projects across the country.

The platform operates as a marketplace where developers can upload opportunities they own regarding photovoltaic, wind, agri-voltaic and storage projects. While investors can search, find and download technical documentation on projects in line with their interests.

The Linkegreen® team has many years of expertise in the field of renewables. Each project is analysed to be in line with the platform’s standards to ensure that only the best projects are uploaded as opportunities.

The Linkegreen® platform provides a secure, fast and professional match between investors and developers for PV, wind, agri-voltaic and storage projects.

DEVELOPER

Individuals as well as VAT-registered companies with projects related to photovoltaic, wind, agri-voltaic and storage plants can register as developers.

Projects that can be uploaded to the platform are those related to photovoltaic, wind, agri-voltaic and storage plants in the country.

The platform will assist the user in filling out a project documentation form through a guided and secure process. In particular, in order to upload a project as a developer on the platform, it is necessary to provide a series of information, specifically those that are mandatory are:

  • Type of plant;
  • Location of the plant (region, province, municipality);
  • Extent of the area;
  • Type of authorisation process;
  • Expected RTB (Ready to build) date; -> optional;
  • Presence of constraints on land; -> optional (on preliminary info, on upload mandatory);
  • Project progress status.

The Linkegreen® team reserves 48 hours to verify the conformity of the information transmitted.

Yes, prior to approval by the Linkegreen® team, which will take place within 48 hours of uploading the project, it will be possible for the user to modify the content.Following approval, a formal request must be sent to the dedicated help desk.

INVESTOR

The projects that will be available on the platform are those related to photovoltaic, wind, agri-voltaic and storage plants in the country.

The investor will first have to register via the appropriate section, then simply go to the showcase of available opportunities, filtering for the information they consider most relevant.

The information that can be acquired as a result of the use of Green Leaf Points relating to a plant are:

  • Type of plant;
  • Location of the plant (region, province, municipality);
  • Extent of the area;
  • Type of authorisation process;
  • Expected RTB (Ready to build) date; -> optional;
  • Presence of constraints on land; -> optional (on preliminary info, on upload mandatory);
  • Project progress status.

No, the aim of Linkegreen® is to facilitate fast matching between investors and developers, without charging any fees for project development.

Once the technical documentation for the project has been downloaded, the developer’s contact details will be shared with you.
